Its main practice site is located at 6201 K Ave, Suite 100, in Plano, Texas, with a satellite office at 2727 Bolton Boone Drive, Suite 101, Desoto, Texas, for consultation appointments only, on select days. The beautiful Plano office is a spacious and open 8,000 square feet facility designed with each patient's comfort and privacy in mind.
